Charge By Weight Product:

This is a product that we charge at the highest end of the possible weight range as deposit.

If the weight range is 500g-1000g then we charge a deposit of 1000g x $dollar/KG and then issue a refund for any weight differences.

For example, if you pay $50 and the product is $30/kg and we send you 1.2kg of product then it will be 1.2kg x $30/kg = $36.00. We will then refund $50-$36 = $14 within 3 business days after you have received the product.

At Madam Seafood, we take pride in ensuring the freshest possible seafood are offered to our customers. That’s why all our King George Whitings are caught locally and only within 48 hours of delivery to ensure you, as a customer, will love the fish as much as we do. 

Our KG Whitings are professionally cleaned, packed and vacuumed sealed tray to ensure the highest level of hygiene and freshness.

Once you receive the fillets, simply cut open the seal bag and give the them a quick rinse under cold water before drying with a paper towel and they will be ready to be cooked in any way you desire.
