退款政策

Returns
Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, our policy lasts 4 hours for live or 24 hours for fresh/frozen products from the time of receival. If the policy time window has lapsed since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Therefore, we ask you to check your order as soon as possible once received.

We do not provide refunds or returns for simply change of mind as our products are of perishable nature. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unfit for consumption or use and be retained in its original packaging. Any products partially consumed or used will be ineligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and some photos with the said issue emailed to admin@mlff.com.au. We may either issue a refund based on the photos alone or ask our staff to collect the goods from you and inspect in-person before determining your claim. If the latter option has been chosen, please keep the product in question in your freezer to retain its state if it is of perishable nature.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your product is inspected, either through photos received of checked in-person, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial service provider.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@mlff.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged, determined in the same manner as a Returns process outlined above. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at admin@mlff.com.au and we will organise a collection and re-delivery for your replacement product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
