Is this really a legitimate seafood ordering platform, am I going to really receive my seafood? 

We have been around since 1997 and have focused on farming Aussie barramundi in the northern suburb of Adelaide in Waterloo Corner. Our business model had always been around wholesale and export, but over the last few years we’ve been given the opportunity to serve quality Australian seafood directly to customers through our online community. What is the minimum spend for a delivery?

The minimum spend for each Delivery order is $50.00 excluding the Delivery Fee.

Delivery Fee

$50 - $149.99 = $8.00 (inc GST)

$150 - $299.99 = $4.00 (inc GST)

$300.00+ = Free Delivery

What delivery windows are available?

All deliveries are made between 10am and 6pm

Why are some products charged at maximum possible weight?

At Mark Lee Fish Farm, we pride ourselves for supplying the freshest seafood possible. Therefore, we don't have seafood sitting in our store ready to be ordered by customers. Instead, we only process seafood right before delivery. This means various products, such as fillets and whole fish's weights are unknown until the day of the delivery. In order to prevent sending out last minute payment requests to our customers, which is likely to cause delays, we've asked customers to authorise a maximum amount a specific product could cost in advance to ensure we can process payments immediately after having the product's actual weights. Rest assured we only charge for what you will receive. 

What if I am not at home for delivery?

Apartments and Townhouses

It is expected that someone will be available at home to receive the goods. If no one is at home, our driver will attempt to call you on your number for permission to leave the delivery unattended in the common area (customer to bear their own risk). If however, we can’t contact you, your order will returned to store, and you will have the option to come and collect from our store or schedule a dedicated re-delivery at $50.00.

Houses

It is expected that someone will be available at home to receive the goods. If no one is at home, our driver will attempt to call you on your number. If however, we can’t contact you, our driver will leave the delivery in your property unattended at your own risk.

How do I return empty foam boxes to receive my $4.00 credit voucher?

Majority of fresh and frozen products are delivered using highly insulated polystyrene box and an ice pack to guarantee freshness and food safety. However, these polystyrene boxes and ice packs may not be the best by-product for our environment. Therefore, we've decided to reward customers who return the same washed and cleaned empty boxes along with the ice-pack to receive a $4.00 credit voucher to be used on their future purchase. 

Simply by placing the empty box and ice-pack at the designated delivery address for our driver to pick up on your next delivery order and our driver will provide you with a $4.00 voucher code for each box collected attached to your new box. 

Why was my order cancelled?

There may be several reasons as to why your order was cancelled:

  • If we unfortunately do not have the stock you've ordered, we will cancel your order;
  • If you have ordered a random weight product and have not authorised a payment within 24 hours before delivery; 
  • If your delivery address is outside of our delivery zones - refer to Terms and Conditions (Shipping) page;
  • Your order was made after the cut-off time for same week delivery - refer to Terms and Conditions (Shipping) page.

If you believe we've made a mistake in cancelling your order, please contact us on admin@mlff.com.au as soon as possible.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is only charged within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery. When you checkout on our website, you are authorising your financial provider to allow us to take a once-off payment when your order has been confirmed.

If I want to amend or cancel my order, what do I do?

Note: Any orders due for delivery within 24 hours cannot be amended or cancelled.
