New Zealand is famous for its pristine waters and it's no wonder its seafood rivals that of local Australian seafood. These arrow squid are mainly caught from from three separate fisheries in New Zealand and are cleaned and individually quick frozen (IQF) to maintain freshness.

Simply thaw them and then cut into ring cutlets or shape of your choice to cook and enjoy with any dish you may have in mind.
